Beginning from fast developing city of Yangon, you will head to the mild hill station of Kalaw for a glimpse of colonial architect before preparing a trip up and down hill to Inle Lake. With some homestay nights, you will have a great chance to live a slow pace life. From Inle Lake, boat rides to Sagar and unknown sites in the southern bank before you return to Yangon.

Today, after the flight from Mandalay/ Yangon to Kalaw, our driver and guide will welcome you for a scenic drive in Shan state , passing lush plantation of Sunflower, teakwood to reach Kalaw station. Your first day here will be spent on discovering the historical sites that reflects the British colonial charm including an elegant train station, many different villas.

After breakfast, we depart from your hotel to the trekking point where you prepare your bags and stuffs for 3 days trekking. We will encounter tea, cheroot plantation before reaching the habitat of Danu minority in Ywar Thi village.
Our destination of the day is the place where Palaung people live. The trekking this afternoon offers panoramic views to the area and great touch to local life. Mingle with a local family for the first night homestay.

This morning, we take a 2 hours walking through Hin Khar Gone and Myin Saine Gone village. You are offered to join local people on their farm to appreciate their way of life.
As we proceed to Nang Te, we take a chance to share the lunch with Pa O tribe in Sar Bin village. The highlight of this evening is to learn how to cook traditional Shan foods with our guide.

Another day on the hill side of Shan state, trekking via Kong Hla village to see Pao group and get to know further about their plantation works.
There are numerous photographic chances for you to capture the best of this area. Spend your night in Hti Thein village.

The highlight of this day is the descendant to Indein from Hti Thein. Along with unbeaten lake views, you will be amazed by the ancient stupas and pillas that remained from XVI centuries in Indein. Our boat rider will be await to transfer you to your lakeside resort for leisure.

Day 06: Inle Lake – Sagar (B,L) After breakfast, we travel off beaten track to Sagar, where there are many floating stupas. The boat trip enables you to behold the typical floating gardens, stilt villages of Intha people. Return to your resort with incredible sunset view.

An excursion to Kakku exposes you the unique culture of Pa- O tribe. Our local guide will introduce you the distinctive customs and traditions of this friendly people before you proceed to Heho airport for the flight to Yangon/ Mandalay
