Kalaw is known as one of the most breathtaking trek hub in Shan State Myanmar and this trek reveals its essential charm, combining the beauty of mythical mountains with the exotic Inle Lake.  From Kalaw to Inle, you will have chance to see many ethnic minorities including Pa Laung, Pa-O, Danu.. while en route, verdant plantation such as alvogado, pineapple, papaya or green tea introduces a different color of Burmese life in the mountain.

You will be picked up at your hotel in Kalaw and start your day with a visit to morning market.
The trekking route today brings you through pine forest hills, fascinating hill tribe villages. After 4 hours walking, enjoying spectacular mountain views, you will be welcomed by a local family in YwaThit Village. Take time and mingle with them for the first dinner in the mountain.

Breakfast will be served at the village before you spend another day trekking from Ywathit to Shar Pin village. Our tour guide will offer 4 stops for visiting different villages, observing local people working on their farm of tea, pineapple, corn and other vegetation.  The highlight of this evening is the intimate cultural interaction with the friendly Pa Laung ethnic in Shar Pin.

Your morning will be filled by 3 hours trekking through mountains of Shan State until you take a break for lunch in Nanthale village, home to Danu ethnic minority. 
Afternoon trek opens a chance to see Pa-O peple in Mawigone village. Further introduction of their unique culture and tradition will be made by our guide. Settle your night here.

It comes no surprise that you will feel in love with the magnificent landscape today as you head further into the less-known side of Kalaw area. 
For 7 hours, you will understand further about local plantation and get further interaction whenever you stops for sightseeing.  Lunch will be in Khonehla village while dinner will be at Chetain village. 
Spend the night with in Chetain.

Today, you will embark the longest trek route. After breakfast, stretch your legs toward Tonele village. 
After lunch, you approach Indein, a famous site with over 1,300 stupas dated back to 11th century. The lake view from the top on Indein will attract your camera very much. 
End your trek by taking a pleasant boat trip across the picturesque canals, over-water villages and floating garden. Overnight in a lakeside resort.
